yes and no, the nerf is
- you can no longer run while charging, nullifying its use in a chase
- you have to wait a few extra second for the bullet to charge for you to be able to shoot it
The buffs
- the shoot covers long range and hits more often
- the bullet comes out instantly and improved aiming system
