Considering this song was initially supposed to be the theme of a world given a placeholder name "Japanese Window", and the instruments are mostly electronic in nature, I can presume the theme of the world would be like the Akihibara district in Tokyo, and the world would likely be given the name "The District". It might have been in between the Metropolis and the Islands, and it's creator curator would be an owl-like being, possibly an old one.
The electronic sounds are making me think of something sort of arcadey, I'll be honest. Arcade and celestial. Were we gonna have The Cosmos in LBP1 at some point...?
