If we look at net immigration stats for 2023 being 685,000 then over the next 5 years there will be 3.4 million new migrants in the UK. Starmer's plan to build 1.5 million new houses wont be nearly enough, and that's IF he can pull that off. The most houses ever built in one year in the UK is 30,000.
And of course, with his immigration policy there's going to be a shitload more than 685 thousand net migrants in this country.

The housing crisis started with the right to buy. The housing stock wasn't replaced, councils sold land and still do to construction company's to build housing for the private sector, immigration hasn't helped but it's not to blame.
