Interviewers are really subtle about their hints. In my interview for internship, I was asked "how can you scale your application from 1k users to 10k or 100k users?". I answered that we can increase the server speed and performance, we can work on handling traffic better. But then she said, "you are somewhat correct, but how will you scale your application? "Scale" your application?". The she wanted was scaling through horizontal and vertical scaling.

Firstly,thanks a lot for making these helpful contents :)I have a doubt that I am a 3rd year student and uptill now I don't have any internship experiences to mention in my resume and just few projects and even for this summer i decided to work on dsa rather than doing any internship as the placement session is near do just wanted to know that not having any such experience on my resume,will in any way effect my hiring process?
No, internships are not mandatory. DSA skills are more important than internships.

Hi, you should learn time complexity first and start from very easy problems first, and then move to tougher problems. That will surely help you. It takes time like I say in most videos, but you will get there :)

I am Mechanical engineering student
I am about to finish my second year in August.
From where should I start my coding journey.
Basically we belong to covid batch didn't went to college since last 3 semester.
As of now I have learnt only PPS which was a subject in 1st year.
I have 0 knowledge in CSE.
I think this pandemic won't end in India
Such that
I will be having more holidays
Which I can use this time to learn Java , python or coding atleast .
Please give me a proper guidelines.
You can learn any language first that is easy for you..I will recommend c or c++ first because you will get a good base and understanding about programming..then you can learn data structures and algorithms using your language of choice..then practice , more practice and do projects ..you can use sites like hackerrank,codechef etc for practicing your skill ..

I have a question to ask.. what if I am unable to solve a question in the interview, like even after spending 15-20 minutes I am unable to think of an approach... thinking about this always gives me major anxiety.
Also, what if I am unable to think of all the edge/corner cases, would it be bad to ask the interviewer for some help..
It's not bad at all to ask for help. They will themselves give you hint to solve the problem if you're not on the right path, so don't worry :)
They will reject you if it was something basic and easy.
If it was something complex. They will just give you something more simpler.

You should utilise this college break well and start covering all topics from beginning. This is a great time to prepare for placements. After colleges open, you will again not get time.

During interviews do we have to implement maps,queue,stack or any data structure from starting or we can use library from c++ or any other language ?
They can give you to implement simple datastructure such as stack, linked list.

Bro it is good but due to animation every where you might don't like it at a few places, though the content is good, sometimes it feels like they should have just used whiteboard or notepad only instead of animation.

I went till last round for sde offcampus interview and was rejected. This happened twice . Still don't know why they rejected

It does. You will get a chance to sit for most companies if you have low CGPA, so try to maintain a good CGPA

Guys i suggest you join uttara java online training in Bengaluru it costs approx 30k and training duration will be around 6months ,u will get placement opportunity also ,if u become good at coding surely u can get 4 to 6 lpa .
Even i did training there. seriously no one can teach him like that , trust me not even a single person in youtube can match his teaching skills .
