In this War Robots video, we take a look at the fourth robot of this mini series the Demeter. Like the other three robots we’ve covered (Ravana, Fenrir and Skyros), the Demeter can also be built through Workshop. This robot is one of the best support robots in the game, with its ability to not only teleport to allies but to heal them as well. Depending on which pilot you have, you can either heal grey damage (with APPM-3TR) or increase damage potential (Jerry Fortune). I included the Demeter specifically because I think it teaches players how to support their teammates. Some will argue that the Mender is a better healer which in some cases is true… however the Demeter has an Absorber Shield which allows it not only to heal both itself and allies but to protect them from heavy enemy fire no matter the level (trust me I know I run one currently on my Baby Account at Mk1 level 6 and have protected even maxed out Titans with it).

Demeter is one of those underrated bots, has a long time Absorber, 3 Med Hardpoints, some really good pilots and a really big heal 😋

I think the next robot will be typhon because it's ability renders robots such as ochokochi useless. This plus its firepower still makes it relevant in the present.
Same for erebus.
I like the Sheriff Demeter robots setup :)
demeter was always reliable for me because i was ALWAYS using mk1 level 6 robots against mk2 and even mk3. Because of this, I prefer robots that are able to give you a period of invulnerability, such as raven or ravana.
also, isn't it a war crime to target medics on the battlefield?
Exactly. Robots and weapons that give you an equal advantage regardless of level are life-savers for f2p players.

I have Demeter in my main from day one I got it. Not only you need to watch out for reds you also need to be aware of blues. Reds most of the time underestimate Demeter and try to take head on but as this video shows it can be really deadly!!!
I try to support Titans as much as possible. At this point it’s mostly Titans against titans so not much shield breakers and definitely an advantage with the Jerry pilot.
If there's one thing I hate about ally-targeting is I can't control it, if there's a way to control whom it targets then that'd be another story I don't know what you press to get it to switch which ally it targets. Can't tell you how many of my allies got their bot destroyed because I couldn't get it to switch fast enough.

So the common thread in this series is the weapons, havocs, mace, igniters. I guess I’d expect the last robot to be Khepri or Typhon/Leech possibly with a midrange setup. Also I’d be interested in seeing a follow up video detailing robots and weapons that are in the black market but not workshop that might fit in place of one of these five. The idea being things that are in the meta, or just falling out of the meta that would have longevity and be worth investing silver in long-term, if you happen to get ahold of them.
sonics, bsgs and flames are the best wps to build in Workshop tho. Mid range wp in workshop is prob magnetar pulsar, the hazards family isnt in the workshop yet

This isn't very practical for a number of reasons - firstly all robots go through a series of rebalancing (buffs and nerfs) and secondly the meta is always shifting. For me to even keep up with this idea I would need to probably post like 4 videos a day which is just not doable. These videos also unfortunately don't do too well with views which doesn't help when it comes to supporting my channel.
Mabby some bots. I didn't think that a Demeter can kill Orochioci so vast and easy. (It looks easy it isn't easy 😅)
in my opinion, i think the next robot u would recommend us to build is either typhon, invader, or scorpion and maybe kepri

Scorpion is a hoot to play.....smoking everyone in 5 secs. Id like to see Scorpion, but khepri would be a good guess
The Demeter is great bot. I play it in champion leak. Demeter what i play: 2 igniter en 1 spike ( ability phase Shift white and the drone: glider and the pilot APPM 3TR ).
The Demeter can go down really fast because of schield breaker. That is the reason why i phase Shift.
I think behemoth is a must have because of the high durability and high firepower
If you do typhon, i recommend labrys, havoc, or igniter (UE if you have)

Have to admit didn't think this would make top 5 . Since you are currently building magnetar in your baby account i am guessing khepri is the number one pick,😊
I factor in many things when building weapons. Just because I'm building Magnetars doesn't necessarily mean I will use it straight away. It's more to prepare myself so that I can adapt faster. I don't have too many range weapons currently and I'm diversifying.
My guess is the typhon for robot #5.

mannn, i can think of building demeter with shatter, but i guess it will get nerfed soon so try using something like ultimate igniter, i guess those does not get nerfed i think❤, btw good video Adrian!

@@nicm.z9868 The Ultimate Mender can heal back to full health which is nice but the Demeter not only can do that (if you use APPM-3TR) but also more importantly protect teammates. The Mender doesn't have an Absorber Shield nor can it teleport. In terms of actual healing the Mender is by far the better choice but in terms of team play I rather have a Demeter on my team than a Mender.
For example… let's say you're on Moon map and your teammate needs help at centre beacon in the top tunnel but you're near spawn. You would have to run all the way around in your Mender to get to him. With the Demeter as long as you're within range you can teleport there. If you have the Jerry Fortune pilot you would also boost your teammates damage along with the healing. This to me is far more valuable than just healing alone. Not sure if that makes sense?
These picks are great so far, a tank a brawler a beacon capper and a support what's next, a sniper? Perhaps could be erebus
Nope - definitely not a sniper. I tend to go for robots that are versatile but can also hold and push beacons if necessary. I consider these pretty all round bots that can survive most metas.
Ok maybe a typhon then, good brawler, good dps with 4 medium and a great ability for holding down beacon, how do you think?

I remember like 2 years ago there was a quest and as a f2p I got a techno scorpion and 2 fatal havocs. Now like a week ago I got another free fatla havoc and Im wondering should I replace my scorpion for a demeter or maby a ravana?
Scorpion can be good but it’s quite fragile. Personally I would run either a Ravana or Demeter over the scorpion
Isn't there a pilot for demeter that you can heal grey damage depending on how muck damage the absorber takes? I think its a robot.

How you got so many drones and pilots with all gold skills? When i want to spend money, what should i buy? Mk2 robots with mk2 guns as set? Recourses?
Can you get memorium and micro ships in game without paying real money?
Drones - gold chest, Memorium/Microchips you can get by watching ads or doing the daily tasks + opening black market chests as well. You do not need to pay real money, but if you still decide to buy something, go for bots that already survived metas and weapons that you always can rely on such as sonic, flamers or even pulsar weapons if not blight. Redeemers are great too and most of the shotgun weapons can still be used like Hammer, Glory or potentially harpoon weapons.

I like demeter but gray health healing is quite weak
It's not that bad when you block a lot of damage. Blocking Titan level fire power with your shield can easily patch you up by at least 15-20℅ grey damage. Don't just use your ability to self heal, remember to support your teammates, it benefits you and them. Support Titans, especially bullet magnets such as Luchadors.

Why you havent used other pilot of demeter which recovers grey damage?
I mentioned why in the video - in short in the current meta the Jerry Fortune is better especially because when you teleport to teammates, it will boost everyone's damage by +20%. This means if you catch an Ochokochi off guard you will kill it faster. Also on a lower level Demeter the Jerry Fortune will boost your damage allowing you to deal more damage to players who have much higher level robots than yourself.

As mentioned in yesterday's comment section it will be announced on Thursday. Today is Wednesday which means tomorrow. Also when it comes to these questions it's best to refer back to my video or live stream as I usually state in them when the winners will be announced.
Yo pixonic for the love of god Cossack , PLEASE make us dream with a game that is fun to play . Fix that dumb meta , and I’m sure that if things were more balanced , it would be a win win for everyone . People would even pay more , because they would know the things they are buying today will still be reliable the next day . Its basically a win win . APPM-3TR is way better than the other pilot, by far
No Jerry Fortune is more likely to be used by top players. APPM-3TR while it can heal grey damage we're in a meta where players are doing damage too fast. This means that grey damage healing won't matter as much as you think. Also when you have low level equipment it makes more sense to boost your damage output against more levelled up players. This allows you to take them down faster. By boosting your grey damage you're actually feeding them more damage and as a result giving them more silver.
I only have one fatal havoc. Any other setups i can do? Im f2p

Why not use the other grey damage healer??
Jerry Fortune boosts your damage +20% which is equivalent to a Death Mark. But remember if you teleport near your teammates everyone gets a free Death Mark. This is why in the current meta provided your teammates don't shoot at the Ochokochi when they are in their ability, you will actually kill it faster. On a lower level Demeter it will also boost the damage of your weapons vs stronger players. Remember if you're a lower level player fighting MK2 or MK3 players and you want to hurt them, you hurt them with your weapons not your robot. Having more health just provides them with more damage and silver.

I run the Demeter Igniters on my Baby Account and that account is 100% free. Not sure why you think you need to be rich when you can build it in Workshop for free.
I was just not able to get keys everyday as i am busy with some stuff and cannot watch the ads for keys sometimes. The workshop also costs me a ridiculous amount of silver as i do not grind everyday. However, i appreciate your effort to reply to my message :)
@@lucasng5348 You actually don't need keys for Workshop. You just need to play and earn silver. Black Market can help with that but so too can playing and picking up things like Battle Reward Crates, the Supply Line and even selling things you might not need from prizes you won in events.

I have and ophion,fenrir,ravana,demeter,crises,scorpion,lynx,harpy...which of these robots shd i include in my hanger...the weopons i got it figured out....all robots are mk 1 lvl9. F2p😅
I think that Scorpion go out. Then you have a balance hanger but it depends on your wapens.
