రక్త సంబంధం పంచుకొని పుట్టిన వారి తో పెండ్లి జరగదు అలాగె వారి భార్య తో కూడా సంబందం అక్రమ సంబంధం (వ్యభిచారం) అవుతుంది.. స్వంత సొదరుడు చనిపోతే అతని భార్య నీ ఆమెకు ఇష్టం ఉంటే చేసుకోవచ్చు... సాదు కున్న దత్తత తీసుకొని పెంచిన వారు కూడా రక్త సంబంధీకులు కారు కావున వారిలో ఎవరైనా అర్హత ఉంటే చేసుకో వచ్చు.

Prophet Muhammad married Zaynab bint Jahsh, who was his first cousin and the ex-wife of his adopted son, Zayd ibn Harithah. Zayd was a former slave who had been freed and adopted by the Prophet. The marriage between Zaynab and Zayd was arranged by the Prophet, but it was not a happy one. Zaynab felt that she was of a higher social status than Zayd, and Zayd felt that the Prophet was more attracted to Zaynab than he was. Eventually, they divorced with the permission of the Prophet.
The Quran states that Allah commanded the Prophet to marry Zaynab after her divorce from Zayd1. This was to abolish the pre-Islamic custom of treating adopted sons as biological sons, and to show that there was no prohibition on marrying the ex-wives of adopted sons2. The Quran also states that the Prophet was reluctant to marry Zaynab, fearing the reaction of the people, but he obeyed the divine command1.
The marriage between the Prophet and Zaynab was controversial among some of the Muslims and the non-Muslims at the time, as they accused the Prophet of violating the norms of adoption and marriage. However, the Quran defended the Prophet and clarified the legal and moral aspects of the marriage1. The marriage was also a source of honor and happiness for Zaynab
