Yes, very disappointing. I'm still looking for electric kettle that has no plastic inside whatsoever, like my old one we had years ago that gave up the ghost but couldn't buy the same one again as it was discontinued
Most of people buys 0.9L and 1L sizes I also did I realized that I never poured over 400ml in 3 years Rare cases I poured 500ml to group of people Anyway my advice is to buy 0.6L not more I wish I did that
