ACIAR-LIFER Tetepare trip, Solomon Islands 2023

This ACIAR-LIFER (Livelihood in Forest Ecosystems Recovery) team went to Tetepare Island to survey part of the pristine (unlogged) primary forest. The program includes vegetation and fauna (insect pollinators & frogs) surveys and soil study. #TetepareIsland is located in the Western Province of Solomon Islands, and is the largest un-inhabited island in the insular pacific, aka 'The Last Wild Island'
