Would be great if you could show it again after it’s renovated. Hi mamacita. 2nd home nice elevation but looks small. Let’s see inside. Oh look where the entrance is. Nice and clean. Different layout indeed. Adorable nook. Nice garage directly into kitchen. Agreed. Bath dated. But bedrooms look great. Slider in the primary. En-suite small. Ditch the tub. Get a larger shower and or closet. Surprised there’s a linen closet. Pretty garden. If enough room would ditch the garden and put a pool. I actually like. Starter or retirement home. 3rd home like the elevation. $ a little steep. Like the pool view on entry. Laundry in the front different. Front dining with pass through to the kitchen that looks dated. Ok. 1/2 bath/living room and a bonus room. Ok. Kitchen looks better once in it. Pantry small but appreciated x2. Nice backyard. Enclosed pool and fenced 👍🏼. The 2nd bedroom has arched cutouts 🤔? Primary a good size. His/hers closet. En-suite small but workable. Thanks much. Fluffy Fluffy? 40minutes on line? Must be delish 😋. An hour wait for your food? Were they short staffed? That 180k house, while not exactly visually appealing, I do see the vision with a fixer-upper like that. Buy it, clean & modernise it, & you could be looking at a possible 300k+ sale.

Great showing the first house was the pit. It was not great. Second house OK not great but OK the third house. Wonderful. Don’t like upstairs. Kaleb, I don't blame you for leaving in a Hurry on this first house. But it does has potential to be a great house, One they start the Renovation. House #2. It's pretty nice, But still Old School, And I like to see the Backyard, Looks just like a Forest. The asking Price should be $325,000. House #3. Still Old School. Although I didn't like the Swimming pool, Not a fan at all. $509,000 is a little overpriced. The first house is listed way to high, is been in the market for over two months.
Hi what's the story with insurance rates they have tripled in 3 years because companies are pulling out of florida. i wanted to purchase a home for my dad but I can not now I brought in 2018 rates were 3,000 a year now I'm upto 7,000 they are pricing us out of Florida. By the way she's gorgeous

The 2nd and 3rd house were very nice. I live in a 100 yr. old so I always laugh when you point out small pantries or closets.😂
These videos give me the fix I need. As a child I’d go with my dad (who was an agent) and explore properties up for sale. Many of them foreclosures. Now it’s become some sort of asmr haha. I’m a central Florida native living in Ohio so I like to keep an eye on the market down there as well. Keep the videos up Kaleb!

2nd home seems overpriced, definitely in better shape than the first one.
Hi Noreen. Thanks for watching. It’s located in East Orlando close to UCF, that’s what makes the difference in price, even tho you can definitely negotiate. Location can make a big difference in price but for this house I would offer less.
