I think Audi has a winner here. Like with the E-Tron GT, this seems like the more luxurious version of the Porsche that it is based on. Definitely this over a Tesla Model Y. Wasn't sure about the looks in the official release and pics/videos Audi sent out, but it looks much better in this video. All things considered, even though I don't think EVs are the answer, this is pretty dang cool👌

It basically is. Because VW Audi is planning to make a full switch to EV they are now slowly eliminating the E-Tron name again and are going back to their regular naming system. Their reasoning is that since EV is their new normal now, they don't have to specifically name them like that.
@@sveeny they mentioned something about making some model numbers electric. So, the new A4 could be an EV, but the A5 remains ICE, which is why they're making an A5 Avant, to replace the current A4 Avant.
Its nice that they finally upgraded that oldschool audi infotainment system screens (which looked like they were from 2015) although hard to say how much they improved these ones without testing them. Another thing steering wheel looks cheap (for sq6).
With all these "safety" beeps I think the most important feature in a car will become a single button toggle to turn off everything you don't want. I think BMW has something similar.

You know the reviewer is not a very safe driver when he/she turns of the warnings telling the driver that they have wandered out of the lane or exceded the speed limit. Obey the road rules and you will get very few beeps.
Exterior on the rear looks like a copy of Mercedes. As far as interior, in 10-15 years there will be car reviewers saying how the heck designers back in the days put these huge ugly tablets.

Bolsters are adjustable on optional seats, and who wants leather on the dash?! There's microfiber which looks better, doesn't get ruined if scratched.
