I recall Auntie Anne’s very first pretzel bakery. It was in the back end of a small mixed-use building in downtown Lancaster, PA. The entire building smelled like melted butter.

I like hard or soft pretzels, but because of my hypertension, I have mine without salt. If I can find a low sodium mustard, I will occasionally have it with that.

American Prezel are such a disappointment to any Germans. The worst are 3rd party countries adapting American style Prezel instead something that is actually good.
