Sometimes I think those ignorant humble people on the islands have the best life …. They may not have much but nature does provide and they generally live out their days in peace and low stress!

AS IF…. this channel couldn’t stillll impress me & is the GOAT of this whole platform, I’m just dreaming of being on all these beautiful islands but then there’s a huge respectful nod to an incredible person I’d never heard of, Eddie Aiko. I loved the ‘’Eddie would go’’ ☺ Not to mention the seemingly becoming more rare every day this channel cares about not only the research but always really tries to respectfully PRONOUNCE the words correctly & W/O A LISP!?! Again becoming a bigger rate gem in a time where quite a lot of the newer ppl on here clearly don’t really care about any of that & will ‘’report’’’on things that are OBVS hoaxes & just butcher regular words to pieces. 🤯

Surprised not seeing El Nido, Coron or Siargao island chains in this video which usually outbests Koh Samui, Bali and the Maldives in multiple travel magazines, blogs and sites.
Yes, they are much more beautiful and interesting, but less well known in the general public so out they go.

Hawaii is not the only archipelago in the United States. The Aleutians in Alaska definitely qualify as an archipelago.
and the San Juan Islands in Washington State as well, which runs into BC's Gulf Islands which extends towards the Broughtons and South East Alaska ( all of which are archipelagos

The Philippines is paradise and an island chain in its own right.... you only had to mention just a few of the islands
This list is just the opinion of one CZcamsr. It also didn’t mention Palau, Micronesia, The Marianas, The Gilbert’s, Vanuatu Islands, The San Juan Islands, or the islands running up the west coast of Canada and Alaska. There are honestly more amazing island groups on planet Earth than can possibly be put into a thousand Videos.
But I agree, the Philippines should not have been left off this list.

@@jvc8947 Not correct, nor how mountains are measured. I'll give that prominence is measured in a strange way based on the tallest peak of the landmass it is on, but at no point do people measure mountains from the ocean floor. At that point you can tack on 36,000 ft to any mountain, which makes no sense apart from the "oh neat, this is how high is would be if there was no water on earth."
@@jefflordan it’s not how they normally measure mountains. But to sensationalize a video - claiming 9 miles high mountain-it’s from sea bed.
What's up with the 4 mile high mountain in Sunda islands? Also, a cruise ship navigated the NORTHWEST PASSAGE and crashed on the reefs of the Solomons? I'm sure there's more issues but those are glaring. Unfortunate considering the imagery, editing and voice of the narrator are all fantastic. I understand we all flub facts but a 4 mile high mountain (21120 ft) and a disproven legendary passage north of Canada from the Atlantic to the Pacific are, in my opinion, inexcusable.
The Philippines did not made it to the list but the thumbnail they use for rhis video is the Hundred Islands of Pangasinan Province. They even put a video clipping of Coron, Palawan in one of the videos. Don't get me wrong, the places featured in this list are gorgeous! I just feel click baited because of the thumbnail. 😁
