Let me explain: The egg explodes due to a effect called "Superheating." which means the liquid isn't boiling but is above, or at, boiling temperature, the causes the egg to be able to build heat up without the water inside to vaporize and escape the egg, transferring heat to the surrounding area of the microwave, disallowing heat to build up. The microwave triggers superheating because of its strange way of transferring heat (Too lazy to explain), and once the knife touches the egg's middle all the heat gets transferred into the knife in such high speed the egg literally explodes. Think of it as charging a battery to max energy capacity and bursting it.
If it is a hard boiled egg it wouldn't explode as much but it would still explode because all the heat trapped in the egg that has no vapor to carry heat around the microwave.
The logic behind this is simple- Pressure for standard in normal eg, on boiling the pressure increased... Then he didn't make it room temperature, rather immediately colled it at extreme low temperature, causing the pressure to Immediately DROP... Then he immediately heated it again in microwave, causing the pressure to again increase rapidly, this rapid pressure caused the yolk to develop CO2 within itself (since heating in microwave causes CO2 to rise) ( this is how even bread rises) causing the egg to explode (due to high pressure, temperature and CO2)

A perfectly boiled egg doesn't have that kind of problems. As a guy who's been eating boiled eggs daily for years now, i can tell. The shell comes easily if the egg is boiled perfectly just crack it and blow air between the egg and the shell and boom its out in like 6 seconds.

Yep, once I was told you could boil eggs in the microwave if they where completely covered in water.... I tried it, all the eggs exploded into millions of tiny bits. Couldn't even tell it had been eggs. It's a no go.
You're absolutely right. When I was younger. I put an egg in the microwave. It was already boiled. I just wanted to heat it up. As soon as I poked into it, it exploded in my face. I got a nasty burn on my nose. The skin peeled off my nose, it took a few months for it to heal.

U have to be careful cuz I litterally went to a hospital from hot egg in the eye . I had to use a cream for the burn on my eye for 3 weeks . Or u can just lean a bit closer next time and post your results either way is fine .

Most are unfertilized eggs. It’s like their period. They sacrifice their period by product.
Try using a spoon to remove the egg shell. Crack the shell, slide the spoon under, then slide it along. Works great.
Another way is just crack the egg and roll it on a flat surface, easy to remove too🤷♂️
