I bought about $200 worth of booze and food to watch this game with friends, and there was a huge ice storm that day so I ended up watching alone. I was still ecstatic with the outcome. It was not Cam's best game of the season by far, but Auburn's defense (Nick Fairley) was the difference, from the safety to the shoestring tackle to set up the 4th down stuff at the goal line. War Eagle!

One of the greatest national championship games. Oregon had its chances and fell short. But the SEC wanted defense and they got it that day.
