    Good and very informative, too bad that Fahrenheit's only applicable in a few countries and nonsense to us in the rest of the world

      What you need conditioner for? Just do a brake fluid flush. I'm about to do that for my mustang

    What brake fluid can be used for both track use and a daily driver. I like to do spirited driving and fwd is more punishing than rwd so that's why I ask

    Is there a red colour brake fluid?

    • @charleshines6155
      @charleshines6155 Před 4 lety +3

      I know there was a blue one but I think it is pulled from store shelves. It was due to some nitpicking over it being not DOT compliant because it had blue dye in it. The main reason people like the blue is when they flush it is easier to see when the new fluid comes out. As for red fluid, I wonder of Brembo is red. It is expensive but if you like that stuff I have seen it at a couple popular auto parts stores. I have a liter of Pentosin DOT 4 LV which is also expensive but not nearly as expensive as Brembo fluid. Then Castrol has one that you would think is made of gold because of the price and usually sells for $80 per liter.

      Add 2tbsp lard per 12oz and you're golden. Be sure to smear the leftover lard on both sides of your brake rotors. Recycle old brake fluid into your windshield washer tank.
