Why not do a percentage based warmup instead of lifting every plate. Like start with 135 then do 40-50% to 60-70% then 80-90% and finally max. Honestly just curious. Does that way feel better for you?

@@ProfessionalWeakGuy That's cool, my gym recently bought a deadlift bar but most gyms even in powerlifting gyms use stiff bars here in the Netherlands. been having grip issues lately so transitioned over to hookgrip gotta adjust.
Dunno if you see this but I've seen people hookgrip where they turn their hand inward but my skin folds double that way which sucks but I see you just gripping hook with straight hands is that right?
