Thank you. My dad was a drummer. He recently passed. He left me a set of drums that I took apart to transport. I couldn't remember how to get this on. He also had the double bass pedals. So it makes sense now. Really appreciate the video.

Thanks a lot, i re-start playing drums and found out that when you dont know the product is very hard to make your mind into which one will be the best. This kind of videos are must needed.... Respect

Thanks so much for the demonstration and recommendation of the Tama sizzle clutch! it's exactly what I was looking for when it came to playing hardcore and metal.

Hey Reuben, your video inspired me to buy a tama sizzle. I've been drumming without a clutch for thirty five years, and I've looked into different ones over the years, but finally got the inspiration from this video. Thanks for the comparison and demo!

Ordered the Tama clutch a few days ago and should receive it tomorrow, couldn't have been better timing to find this vid. Nicely done bro, answered all the questions I had, thanks.

I got a Gibraltar clutch a while ago so I could double pedal my bass drum, best thing I ever did‼️✌️

I recently ordered one, but not for double bass drumming its mostly for songs like lonely day so i can hold the hihat more tight during the verse and be able to play around with the pedal for different sounds, and then also have the losely closed hihat during the heavy parts

I am about to possibly buy this clutch. Does it give a tight sounding closed hi-hat when engaged or does it sound more washy no matter how toght you put it?

      Which one? The Tama?

@@drummereub Yes. Sorry, I should have specified. The Tama Sizzle Drop Clutch

@@mattchase2112 The Tama Sizzle won't keep your hi-hat closed tightly, you'd still need to do that with your foot. It only lets you control the amount of wash, or sizzle when engaged. Hopefully that helps!

This one works with Roland, so maybe it'll work for ATV. axetrak.com/dropclutch/
