It was a tight contest it didn't show
how the penalty happened ,we have
done well lately ,I was pleased to see
York City won today they should
    stay up now .

Same here, I like York, it’s nice to have two ex-EFL Yorkshire teams in the same division, hoping for a good result for us on Monday though.

“The referee won the game for Hartlepool”. Oh, come on, be fair. Your keeper pulled off a brilliant first half save, which I don’t think you showed, and you gave away a penalty. Correct decision. Halifax didn’t look like a team which had won 7 from the last 8, while Hartlepool upped their game after being slaughtered on Tuesday. Credit where it’s due. Good luck with York who just pulled off a minor miracle.

Ok firstly I never said it wasn’t a penalty, secondly I think we struggled to attack, mostly after decisions went against us, we were too scared going forward, and finally I thought we would draw, we weren’t up to it as you say, but thanks for your kind words, and as I’ve already said, good luck for the rest of your season.

We’ve had that referee 3 times this season he’s gave us a penalty in each of them

Whatever he’s done for us in the past, it doesn’t excuse him for his performance for this match, He was terrible yesterday, an absolutely shambolic game from both him and the linesmen.
