- In this short video, I break out the doodles to talk about shooting Holga (Foma Action) 35mm film.
This roll was actually just random cart-filler to get an order up to the free shipping limit. Having never shot Holga (or Foma) I was really happy with the first go-round. I'll definitely be picking more up.

Hi there. I'm Chris. Film is more fun is a place where I share about whatever busted up old camera I'm currently shooting and tinkering with, or my meanderings in film photography. It would be pretty rad if you said what's up. I'm 99% friendly. Definitely do that. Disclaimer: If you want technical proficiency this might not be the best place. These videos are more like an elderly person navigating a tv remote control. Pretty random and confused.

Definitely dig the vibe of these Fogapan 400 shots!
LOL Pretty accurate.
Animations are awesome and I love the storytelling! Looks like a cool film, the fog really looks great on it
Thanks! Yeah, I'm happy with how the shots turned out. But tbh, fog makes anything look cool! 🙂
Cool film, Chris! Never saw it before. Thanks for the review!
A great cheap option in my opinion.
The effort that went int o this vid. I looooove the animations, great work man
Thanks bro! I was definitely a lot of frames lol
Wow...Super cool images!
Thanks!
I dig the doodles (: def like a out of a horror film, loved the first one 1:07 !
Thanks! 🙂
Fomapan 400 and T-Mac dev is actually the best team.
I was happy with the results. Most films I use TMax liquid with come out great. 🙂
Nice results. I haven’t shot the 35mm just the 120, I’ll have to get some of the 35mm though.
Thanks! I just got a few more rolls, with a few in 120 as well. I'm looking forward to shooting it again.
looks good, but why tmax dev just use Rodinal stand or something
Thanks. No reason other than Tmax liquid dev is what I usually have on hand. 🤷♂️
@@filmismorefun Well I can only recommend Rodinal, its very economical.
You just gotta be aware that at lesser dilutions it pulls the film a bit. I really recommend foma 200 at rodinal stand for 1:20h with light agitation 3-4 times in between.
@@-fragile- thanks for the tip!
