Well, the video addressed this question but I'll give you an example. In Abuja, there is a market called Karimo Market. They sell bales and retails there. Its open on Tuesdays and Fridays. Visit similar market in you area to survey and get a feel of things. Then go from there.

In Nigeria, a lot come through Lagos. I talked with a woman who said she ordered hers directly from China. The cost was given per ton or kg and they tell you their MOQ too. We did a little research and saw several Chinese companies that offer the service and under quality, they listed Grade A and Grade B as options.

Madam, some of the clothes are new. They even come with their price tags. When clearance sale is done abroad, some of the clothes end up in okirika bales. It depends on where and the type of bales you have been buying. If a fashion company makes mistakes in say the buttons, those clothes end up in bales sent to Africa and Asia.
