No, but 20 years later, I’m sure she’s ready for people to stop thinking she still tied to that project. She was a teenager then, and now she’s an adult. I think she wants people to recognize her as an adult and stop calling her Gabriella. 😢

Yeah, Vanessa, let’s just shit on what and made you famous… no thanks for a lot of us grew up on you… high school musical was a time for all of us to kind of grow on and to have those friendships and fall in love with Janessa, but the fact that you’re basically saying how bad you hate it and you’re trashing it left and right but yet it is what made you where you are today and if that’s how you feel then you know what respectfully talk about it…. At least Zac can give Kudos and remember where he was needed.
Zac can’t even remember the songs to any of the movies. Vanessa went to every hsm reunion. Zac has been to none

For people complaining about Vanessa. She has never said she doesn't like HSM. She has never said she regrets being apart of it either. She was asked a question and she gave an honest answer. You all need to remember that when we watch or listen to HSM that is our choice to do so. She only said that she doesn't connect to or listen to the soundtrack. Like duh maybe she doesn't want to listen to songs that she is in. We have to put ourselves in her shoes and think about how we would feel having to perform the same thing over and over again. Stop calling her ungreatful. If you watch other interviews where she speaks about HSM , you'll see she has nothing but kind words to say about it. Leave her alone!

@@Jess-wk5jo I am not having a go at anyone. I am clearly saying that people should stop accusing Vanessa of hating on HSM when all she said was that she isn't that into the songs. Plus, she has also been in many other things and maybe she wants to be asked about other projects as well as HSM. No one hates on Zac Efron. So why do people hate on Vanessa?

@@Jess-wk5jo I have seen enough interviews of Vanessa saying how much she appreciates HSM. All she means by 'derailed' is that the part stopped her from getting parts away from playing the good girl character. Zac has said this too. Their parts in HSM meant that for a long time they were only cast in similar roles. That isn't her being ungreatful. Trust me, I've seen loads of content from Vanessa saying how much she loves HSM. I've been a huge fan of hers since HSM came out. I've followed her career ever since. She is my idol, so I know that she is in no way disrespecting the role.
