Ever since Christmas Eastenders has been amazing. Fantastic writing, great humour- you can really tell the showrunner loves the show. This storyline is going to be huge.

I’m catching up, I’m on the 5th of March and I’ve noticed they’re nailing the comedy
Nish comes in all angry at Suki for staying out late. Makes a scene. Suki finally stands up to him and gives him a piece of her mind. Nish isn't having any of it, attacks her and tries to drag her out of the pub. The others wade in to defend her, and... well you can guess the rest.

The fact that Linda appears to be coming from the dwelling part of the pub has struck me as strange since day one. Now with her recent trailer showing her cleaning blood in the living room upstairs, I’m beginning to think she will have her own murder plot also come the day… I think she’ll then come downstairs to find the other five with this body and all the women will come together to cover up both murders.
I was thinking it's the same person from up stairs who is lying in the vic, maybe somethings happened up stairs and the person has been well enough to walk away but is then attacked by someone else down in the pub? It's weird how Suki is the only one to sit down and kathy looks at her aswell, I reckon it's either Nish or Ravi? Ravi has issues with Denise and he was also going to kill Eve and Denise has a smashed bottle in her hand and Stacy got blood all over her, Stacy is friends with Eve? Or maybe Eve comes back and she's been the one who done it to Nish, When they done that secret reveal on the show with Joe swash, they turned the lights off and the real killer stepped forward, maybe Eve walked into the room or something? Just need to wait and see
@@bonnetdedouche Interesting theory! I never considered the possibility of the man stumbling downstairs. I think Suki sitting down is her health issues. She kept feeling faint and losing her hair over the last few months. Very true about the killer possibly being someone else entirely. I think Cindy might come into it somehow. Bringing her back after 25-years… I hope they give her big storylines. Plus it would be interesting if one of the newer characters linked in with her past connections to the gang that got her put in Witness Protection.

He’s sworn on his life to Phil that he had nothing to do with Albie’s kidnapping, and at his stag last night there was a sign saying to “Hello Wife, Goodbye Life”, it’s too on the nose. Plus too many parents in the square have lost more than one child: Ian & Cindy, Max, Carmel, Ronnie, Shirley. They can’t add Karen to the list too.
Maybe Linda attacks him upstairs and then he comes downstairs and gets hit a second time. So maybe Dean?

That’s interesting actually. All of those have some connections to each other, Sharon and Kathy have both been married to Phil. Both Denise and Kathy share children with Phil. Linda, Kathy and Stacey have all been raped before. Linda was raped by dean and Stacey went out with dean, Stacey killed Archie and Suki “killed” Ranvir (I know she didn’t but she still thinks it was her). So it could be a completely new character that connects all of them together.
That wouldn’t be fair doing that to us, would it?

Weren't the cuff links shown on the victim the same ones Nish gambled away and lost to Rocky when they were playing poker during his bachelor party, but then gave them to Jack after winning them
100% it's Nish, Suki is the only one who sits down (Like when people say you better sit down your in for a shock) And Kathy looks at Suki aswell so it's 100% someone close to Suki, Other new clips show Suki running away down bridge street aswell.

Then the new clip where Suki drops the picture and it breaks then she runs away that's like saying her family is now broken? I'm still not 100% on why Linda is up stair scrubbing the floor though, unless the actual incident has happened up stairs, he's then went to leave the pub and something else has happened in the actual pub down stairs? Or it could be that something will happen to 2 people. But if i was a betting man my money would be on some kind of incident above the pub (and that's why Linda is scrubbing the floor) and the victim has been well enough to leave but as he's leaving he either collapses or is hit by someone else in the vic.

@@rundattmedia2106All of the 6 women have been given reasons to kill so it could be any of them that's killed their man, That last episode yesterday at the end with the carol singing, you notice all the 6 women apart from Suki look at the person they are most likely to want dead, Denise looks at Jack, Kathy looks at Rocky, Sharon looks at Keanu, Linda looks at Dean, and Stacy looks at Jack also. Suki is the only one who doesn't look at anyone she would want dead, she looks happy.. I think she gets what she wants and Nish ends up dead on the queen vic floor and she gets to stay on the square with Eve. Don't think it's Suki who kills Nish though i reckon it's one of the other 6 who kills him. Suki is the only one who sits down when the body is on the floor and Kathy looks at her, it's like she sits down in shock contemplation as her husband is dead on the floor.

Something I think everyone is missing is there is a full table of food so either the wedding doesn’t go ahead (leading to a showdown) or this takes place BEFORE the nuptials also everything is in its place so rather than a struggle this feels like it was planned and they lured whoever it was to their death, still no thoughts on who it could be though

I’m certain It’s Nish. During the toast where it ended with “men, may they get what they deserve” I think suki is going to decide it’s what he “deserves” as it’s the only way she can escape him because he’s relentless. She was also the last to contribute to the toast before Sharon ended it. Also her part of the toast was “for always keeping us in the shadows.” That is exactly what this reveal of what’s going to happen this Christmas is doing, keeping US in the shadows. Because they’re not telling us anything conclusive or giving anything away. Then there’s the fact that the song playing during the scene is by EAST 17. Nish is of Indian descent, an EASTERN country. Also the restaurant he owns is called “Walford EAST.” Then there’s the fact that Suki is the first to lower herself closer to the body and then Kathy looks at her in a very concerning way, also Kathy is very empathetic and caring so it’s an indication that she’s looking at her as if to say “oh poor suki she’s lost her husband.” I personally think it’s going to be because Nish finds out about Suki and Eve’s affair and he confront Eve violently in the pub, and Stacey steps in to protect her, it gets out of hand and kills him. Also I don’t know why but I’m sure the jewel in the cuff link is a connection to India too, it’s an amber I think. That’s my conclusion anyway… I don’t care if you agree or disagree… free speech and thought is still legal so…. Make of it what you will…

I really love your analysis it makes so much sense. Also, in Denise’s trailer you can see someone running and it’s definitely suki as you can see her hair clip and her blue coat! I wonder if that’s either suki running to eve or running from nish?

I think you're on to something you know. I think the only way Eve and Suki can be together is if Nish is killed, and at first I thought it was maybe too obvious for him to be killed in this episode because we all expect him too, but the only thing I really noticed was Kathy's look at Suki with an indication that the person has a connection to her. At first I thought it was Eve (the shoes being ones that Eve might wear), but then obviously they say 'he's dead'. But Eastenders does like to shock us.... I did think maybe it was Kheerat because I thought at first that the burgundy colour was a turban. Maybe the police find out that Kheerat is innocent when they somehow get the footage that Ravi killed that man, and Kheerat is set free and he turns up at the pub and maybe something is going on with Suki and Nish or something and Kheerat steps in and is killed?

So after all this time it was Nish Panesar on the Vic Floor after getting a bottle in the back of the head by Denise !!! But he's not dead he's still alive thanks to Suki giving him CPR . But Keanu Taylor is the death at Christmas after trying to strangle Sharon . Linda stabbed him in the back with a Carving Fork !!

I think it’s Nish... the suit. Although someone would be wearing one anyways because it appears Sharon is going to tie the knot, Nish is usually wearing one and is beginning to become bad news. Maybe the detail is so simple that it’s so obvious!? Will probably forget in 10 months time though :(

Prediction: Jack Branning gets killed off.
The producers have done a great job keeping everything under wraps, and giving the audience an expectation there will be a twist. But I’ve also been reading in between the lines.
First off, EastEnders cannot afford to kill off Phil. Plus if someone as iconic a character as him is going to get killed off, I don’t think it would be a form of homocide. This guy has survived multiple car crashes and multiple gunshots!
From an emotional standpoint, Keanu and Dean haven’t got anyone to really take the emotional fall if either men get murdered. Hence, there is no Karen or Shirley present (their mothers respectively). However, I can understand Nish or Ravi getting caught in the cross fire and it’s possible some of the women must want these guys dead, but these men have been clever enough to still be alive now.
I think, based on the look of every woman in this scene, nobody is not horrified at what they have seen. It feels like the women definitely staged to kill someone - probably Nish or Ravi because of their bad deeds, but it seems like Jack might be the person who walked in at the wrong place and time, and took the hit.
In terms of future storyline angles, this would set up a dramatic series of problems:
- Denise would have to live with the guilt of knowing how her fiancé died.
- Stacey would have to help raise Charli, knowing that she was involved in her Grandad’s death.
- Ricky without his father, and of course Amy now an orphan.
- More importantly, a police officer murdered: which means nobody in Walford will be safe by any means.
Jack is probably the most likeable character in the square, so a lot of people will ask a lot of questions after this. You do also have to wonder why the producers have chosen to bring back Penny and Lauren at this time, when really they could have come any time. I think for those two characters to come back, something really important must’ve had to happen and Jack being murdered would add up.

Sharon not invested enough emotionally for it to be Keanu or Phil, and she isn’t upset at all.
Kathy in the background more shocked than upset so it can’t be Rocky.
Suki doesn’t seem sad enough for it to be Nish or Ravi, as much as she hates their guts.
But look at Stacey and Denise. The look is very different.
Recent events of Jack sleeping with Stacey, and breaking up with Denise proves my suspicions.

Jack getting killed would change everything. The local copper getting murdered in cold blood.
That causes ripples and it’s also a good reason for Penny and Lauren to return.
I've come to that conclusion myself this morning. Especially with how out of control Jack is at the moment as he's rubbed a few people the wrong way especially after todays episode

Well whoever the murdered victim is will no doubt spend the rest of this year impacting these six women in devastating ways up until he ultimately gets his comeuppance on Christmas Night 2023.

Something wrong with someone who always wears the same color. The shade of pink she wears is never flattering and she looks like a bottle of Pepto Bismol.

Sharons wedding day to Keanu, but Nish finds out about Suki and Eve then goes in rajin towards her, and Dee defends her with the broken bottle and stacey tries to save him from dying because she know why he is upset!! .... maybe... omg i cant wait until christmas!!!
This seems like a time travel into the future, literally. I think this is a warning sign about Suki's relationship with Nish, probably it him who is due to exit at the end of the year. It could mean that there will be another struggle yet again for Suki.

After watching tonight's episode. It looks highly likely its going to be Keanu that gets killed
i think jack dies. he has an affair with stacey and denise kills him. she looks proud in this clip with the bottle, not sad or happy, she looks glad. linda looks shocked, stacey looks a little worried and sad, also has blood on her hands maybe from trying to save him, as she cheated with him, suki is also shocked and kathy looks at suki so maybe it may be someone related to suki or suki killed him? and then sharon also looks like she is confused, she doesnt look happy or sad. they are alone there so i feel this is before the reception since the cake isnt cut or the food isnt eaten, and i think the 6 were just having drinks and an angry man came in to confront someone or attack someone and he gets attacked and killed, the 4 women saving one of the other, whilst linda was upstairs fighting someone else i think, maybe dean since she cleand blood from upstairs floor, 2 murders i think. but why would jack be angry? who woulld he try to attack, or which male would try and attack someone, maybe nish

Nish dead, simple because actor who current play Nish got one year contract so he is dead on screen this Christmas with his final filming this Autumn. So it is easy to know that him then. 😊

So, there’s a lot of possibilities here. Given the theme of the trailer combined with Lesley Gore’s “You Don’t Own Me”, it’s become clear that the victim is someone who has hurt all six of these women. The obvious choices would be either Nish or Phil, but I doubt it’s either of them. Sharon would be more broken up about it and Suki would look more relieved. Plus, Nish hasn’t really interacted with Kathy yet, unless it comes out that he’s secretly working with Ian or something. We can cross them off.
I don’t think it’s Ryan either. Sure, Stacey has murdered someone in the Queen Vic before, but it would be lazy writing for her to do it again. But then, who knows, right?
Dean is definitely a contender as is Ravi (or even Jack for that matter). But with Denise holding what could be a murder weapon and Stacey holding her hands out covered in blood…I’m not sure I could see it being either Ravi or Jack. I’m sort of leaning towards Dean here. Linda may have been attacked by him and the other five beat him to death and cover for Linda - like a Murder on the Orient Express thing.
Long shot: Rocky. Rocky may have a secret that could prove to be his downfall. It would explain why Kathy is even there. Perhaps it also explains the blood on Stacey’s hands as she may have been trying to resuscitate him. Again, long shot, but I’ve been surprised before.
So, long story short…I think it’s Dean. But rather than Linda killing him, I think the other five did it to save her.

I reckon EastEnders will reveal slowly throughout the year that it's Phil before he dies so people can adjust he's leaving.
They've had many episodes where Phil seems to have been killed but I've always thought he would have a massive exit like this.
He's also had a lot of time out the episodes which seems he's ready for his departure from EastEnders.
Hint from today's episode 20th Feb is the same date Phil made his first appearance on EastEnders.
I honestly hope they don’t reveal it! Otherwise what was the point of this? The most memorable twists are ones we don’t see coming. Announcing months in advance that a legend is leaving would be so frustrating

couple of years ago ,, eastenders had totally lost its mojo. But with clever storylines like this , eastenders are going to smash it this xmas and well into next year. chris clenshaw, since he had joined in 2022 and brought a new lease of life into my fave soap ! . what with the heartbreaking lola story , and kims awful car crash. to karen and keanu and the kidnap storyline. Eastenders is back where it belongs at the top
Eastenders has been amazing throughout 2023. Wonder if they will be able to keep all this up in 2024.

I simply can’t wait for this to play out, to think we’re watching a murder mystery play itself out over the next coming months and then one man affiliated to them all somehow is gonna die by one of their hands while the rest are accessories
It could be Alfie who dies. He's keeping his illness incognito. Could be wearing Cufflinks passed onto him by Phil, perhaps as a gesture for him to pawn them to help pay for treatment? Dean either comes back to haunt Linda, and Alfie tries to protect her. Alfie & Dean tussle and Alfie collapses after a hit to the abdomen. Also the camera being on Linda who looks very shocked is plausible its Alfie (as they're close friends)

Ok so they show the cufflings which i think are the ones that where initially Nish’s. Which jack swiped when rocky and nish had a card game, jack gave those to phil on his wedding…he currently has them in this possession. Keep and eye on them…incase he hands them over…to maybe keanu on his wedding?? Maybe. I still don’t know. Then again if those cufflings are not the ones….then its Ravi. Going by denise holding the bottle and looking like justice has prevailed. And the look cathy gave suki. Orrrr…boring dean wicks.

Ok, so has anyone heard the man’s voice that speaks as Sharon checks the body?! I think it sounds like Jack saying “Have fun at the pub” or is that just me?! Is it him?
One theory is. Everyone else is either in shock or seem alright about it except Sharon. She actually seems upset so someone she cares about even if they’ve hurt her?
My other guess kind of contradicts that though as it leads to it being Dean. Denise sees Dean first (he was her step son once) he’s dangerous so she smashes the bottle and yells at him to leave, he then grabs Linda. Sharon runs forward to help and either Kathy or Suki (Kathy more likely if a Dean scenario given the convo they had this episode) pick up the bar stool that looks knocked over near the body in one of the shots and hits them on the head with it. Sharon gets splatted with blood (you see it on her dress) and he falls backwards into Stacey and then drops to the floor explaining the blood on her hands.
Denise wasn't his step mother Dean is busters son not Kevin's
@@kylerees3491 he thought, treated and raised him like he was though and Denise fulfilled the stepmother role while she was with Kevin. So what I new is, the connection means she’s highly likely to recognise him quickly

@@kylerees3491 quite possibly. I like my scenario theory but not set on the victim yet haha. There’s gonna be a lot of red herrings. That’s why I don’t think Stacey or Denise do the killing. If they’re already showing us a broken bottle and blood, it’s not them haha.
