Yes , we do too, but I soak them in tea first to plump them up then roll them in flour . We also add a bit of icing sugar on the top made with lime or lemon juice . Because we tend to get them in a TGTG bag.

I'm having a go sheila. Unfortunately my loaf tin is in a relatives house so I'm using a deep sandwich cake tin. I've added chocolate chips too. Haha
May I recommend purchasing a spatula. It makes it so much easier to scrape out batter and no waste at all.
