Any chance you could do a budget build for those who could only get their hands on one deck? Preferably one that doesn't include gecko moria, sabo, or hiyori.

So I picked up this starter deck to learn how to play, and wanted to ask something. The 2 drop Sabo, Ace and Luffy all say to "Trash this card". Does this mean I have to pay the cost to summon them first, send to the trash pile and declare the effect or do they just get discarded from hand? Thanks

you have to play them first. All one piece cards effects only activate on the field unless stated otherwise
