@0:11 I believe the "50-pint" reference is how much water it is rated to remove from the air per day. The tank is listed as 1.6 gallons. I have to empty ours at least 3 times per day. Awesome video, thanks! Side note: it works great.
FYI. The container is not 50 pints(approximately 8 gallons), but about 1-2 gallons. 50 pint refers to its daily removal capacity. If you use the container only, 50 pints in day would require it to emptied 3-4 times in 24 hours.

I've pulled several GALLONS per DAY out of the air in the muggy mid south.
I bought one but I think I need to find out how to set it up cause mine seems to do whatever it wants

Does this have a HEPA filter?
I see some very bad reviews saying it barely lasts a year. Is this thing still working?
I purchased mine in sept of 2022 and honestly it isn’t able to keep up with how it was doing before. It is still working however so I think just low on Freon so going to try and recharge at some point
Reply to my earlier comment after dissembling the dehumidifier… there is a way to recharge however it is not worth it at all. The copper valve to recharge this unit is crimped and with my low level of experience on that I am not going to attempt. Hope that helps, Trying out a Govee 4500 sqft one currently

Works ok but it is loud . There’s no way you could have that thing beside a tv .
