The lawyer says he saw the video. What is he seeing that I'm not? Cobb was asked 15 times to get out of the car and warned that he was under arrest and he resisted. He also took off with an officer dragged and could have been killed. Cobb was a felon. The prosecuter is to blame for all of this.
And had a warrant!

The DA resigning is 97 on the list of things they want to happen, I'm gonna go out on a limb and getting paid is number 1. They talk about not being able to spend time with him on his Bday. Well fact of the matter is, he would likely be in jail if he had not been shot. He was going to be arrested and a felon with a gun in car would have added to his list of arrest reasons/time.

Compliance with law enforcement is NO guarantee of ANYTHING. Non-compliance certainly DOES guarantee MANY things that are UNDESIRABLE.
This Ricky Cobb fella appeared to have been hurried along by the government, given his present trajectory. What is most desirable is that someone end their current trajectory and get on a proper one, instead of having their life ended for them.
