Right on brothers! We too began a Saint Joseph devotional group called Guardia a San Jose under the mission group for For the Love of God worldwide here in Houston TX! We began as 3 men and now have 8-9! We come together every Tuesday and recite the rosary, read the gospel of the day and speak about how we can be like Saint Joseph. I love it!

I'm a Sunday School teacher at my local Methodist church; and during the Advent Sundays of December 2019, I lectured on the Holy Family. I emphasized on the gentlemanliness of Joseph (to protect Mary from scandal and the Christ Child from the massacre of the innocents in Bethlehem); and that Jesus himself used Joseph's carpentry knowledge in teaching the parable of the Wise and the Foolish Builders.
Also, I came here to DETOXIFY after going through the CZcams videos and podcasts of the Traditionalist Taylor Marshall. (Such are things I encounter when researching for diverse information I need for my Sunday School lessons.) On the other hand, cheers to the Ecumenical Ministries of the Diocese of Manchester and may you all have blessed hope for the New Year!

Rita Ranee i am so sorry to disagree with you. Certainly some homeless are victims of society. No doubt, but SOME of them choose to be homeless. I have worked with them for years and often we bring food from church for them.
I think sometimes its a case of depression and mental illness..... but as a developed country you should be able to tackle the problem in a more efficient way ..... instead of taking in so many people..... charity begins at home

Many different variables create homelessness. There is not “one cure for all” thing. No country is homeless free - regardless of what they preach.
There is people who just like to be free... I have spoken to some of them and they choose to be homeless freely. They like the no paying rent and utilities and the cleaning. I have spoken to young and old homeless and we offer them plenty of government resources and some simply say,” thanks but no thanks” .
That is my humble experience and opinion.
Despite that we don’t stop offering help.
There is no answer of should or shouldn't countries have homeless. The poor are every where. I been on the Streets helping, befriending, praying with them on Fridays nights. The reasons of homelessness is endless. Some because of abuse, drugs, alcohol environment at home, broken families,mental illness, they feel safe and free on the Streets.
