Ingredients:
Buns 4 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Champignons 300 g
Butter 50 g
Chicken fillet 1 pc
Salt, black pepper
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Cheese 100 g
Steps:
1. Cut off the top of the bun and remove the pulp as shown in the video
2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in butter until transparent
3. Cut the champignons and add them to the onion, fry for 3 minutes
4. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, add to the mushrooms and stew for 7-10 minutes
5. Add salt and black pepper, sour cream and mix. Then add flour, mix until the sauce becomes thick
6. Fill the buns with filling, generously sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until the cheese melts
