One day man went looking for the gods...
They found old texts saying the gods went deep underground...
When we were under attack by a force from the sky...
We needed the gods aid...
And so, we found them...
The Celestials...
We asked if they would help us...
They said they would...
On one condition...
They would help if they could secure young strong human bodies...
And so the 99 people became gods...
They fought the invaders…
And won... We thought we had an age of peace... were we lived among the gods of old... But something went wrong...
A few of the gods had their human minds come back...
And they found out the gods planed to enslave us... These gods then led us to fight the others... We now call these gods...
The God Of Rebellion, The God Of Freedom, The God Of Hope, The God Of Kindness and The God Of Humanity...
They would fight the Seven Sin Gods who led the other gods against us...
We would call these gods... The Wrathful God, The Lustful God, The Greedy God, The Envious God, The Slothful God, The Prideful God and The Strongest, World Eater God...
These gods battled each other...
However the god of Humanity figured out he could bind all of the sinful gods to one human body...
One young man voted himself up and said "I have the will to hold them, I must for my people"...
And so the seven sinful gods were bound to one body and a new god was born also known as the god eater...
This god only consumes other gods if they become evil or corrupted...
It's said there is only one god now...
They say every other god got corrupted...
That's why we worship only one god...
Once upon a time he was just a man...
But, now he is the one we call, the one true god for he killed the others after they became corrupt and evil...
Some call him the Devil, and most call him God, what most people don't know is they are one and the same...
He never made a Heaven but, he did make a Hell... If any were to kill another or do an evil act without good intentions their soul would be devoured by him...
To truly destroy evil you must consume it.... btw this is just a story I wrote for practice, It's not meant to poke at your religion whatever it may be...
You could make a religion out of this or a really good book
