Make sure you eat fruits vegetables and proteins to help with your breast milk to come in. Hold baby upright facing behind you and pat and rub baby back to get the gas bubbles out.

Not every woman can breast-feed OK some women don’t produce milk. I was born in the 60s. My mom‘s body just didn’t produce it for some reason or milk was no good. It just some peoples body that doesn’t work. You know it’s like people get their period at a different age so just because you’re pregnant you have a baby doesn’t doesn’t automatically just show up, this woman should’ve thought about having a baby before if you don’t have like Michael Jackson said if you can’t feed the baby don’t have the baby if you can’t feed it don’t have it ladies out there quit having babies that you can’t pay for quit expecting us taxpayers to pay for everything here in the United States because we’re getting sick of it These women idiots they just keep having one after the other and they did the father takes off these men go around procreating and pro producing these children. You are not giving the baby the volume of milk it needs. DON'T USE CARTON MILK ITS TOO EXPENSIVE. Buy formula, 2 feeding bottles and a Flask. Make the formula in advance so when its hungry it can have it immediately. Are you breastfeeding? If you cannot then ask a locallady whois breastfeeding and she may be able to donate breast milk to you.
