Wouldn't it be easier to record this directly from an emulator in Android instead of doing double emulation?

Yes... And even easier to use KEmulator (Emulator for Windows), but Idk, probably because the control and the aspect ratio is better... Although there's some graphical glitches... Also I don't have to deal with internal audio recording stuff if I record it on my phone...
