So basically her and the dog were on patrol or smth and a car started driving up and some other soldiers stopped it and when her and rex went to search the car they like halfway to it when an IED blew up but there were still enemies in some buildings nearby so her and rex continued the mission they ended up having to jump in one of the military cars and drive off and she was put on to a helicopter and taken to a hospital but she had to leave rex behind and that's what happened in this scene it's a good movie I recommend watching it
