Here in Spain some children are starting to practise trick or treat. But it is not a Spanish tradition, and I personally hate it. I don't think it's really educational The children already have enough gifts for their birthdays, at Christmas and on January 6, Three Kings Day and, in Spain, we also celebrates the Saint Name Day, when we use to have again some gifts.
It's similar in Poland. Many days, many situations wheb you can get a present being a kid. There's also children's day on Juin 1. Do you have it? Too many for me! And Halloween is pagan and just ugly so for me it's totally dull.
@@adus97 As long as I know, there is a Children Day but children don't have any special gifts this date. Although there are several public events.
Same here, I don't find the aesthetic side to Halloween either.
