  • This is an instructional video on how to test your AIM Command sprayer system solenoids. Here at Graver Farms we run a 3320 Case IH sprayer with AIM Command and a Raven Viper pro. Over the years of having this sprayer we have encountered some problems with solenoids not working therefore not letting some of our nozzle bodies spray. This way of testing your solenoids will start you in the right direction to obtaining a solution to your problem, whether that be wiring, bad solenoid, or dirt in your nozzle body plungers. Thanks for this. I have a problem with some nozzles that dribble/spray when the boom is shut off. Would these dirty/dodgy solenoids be the problem?

I believe you can also check it by ohms. I don't remember the numbers off hand. I haven't ever tried cleaning them or checking the weather pack tho so thank you

skinsup84 no problem! Takes some time to test all of them but it really can help you narrow down a problem. We will be doing more videos in the future hope you enjoyed.

e Bay has OEM Case IH valve body part # 87272501 for this solenoid (fits: Patriot Aim Command and Aim Command Pro. Not for Aim "Flex" after 2016 in other words) The valve bodies are pricey from the dealer!
