Oh hi, that's me behind the wheel taking it for a test drive! Yes this is a 2001 Gillig Phantom with the Cummins M11 w/ 287k miles. This used to be transit bus #7701 with Shuttle UM before it was converted into an event space vehicle for promotions and events around the University of Maryland campus. The second exhaust pipe is for a Cummins generator on the upper deck of the engine compartment.
