Yo can u plz help me I can’t get this enemy shield to go down and can’t do any damage at all how do I get the shields off

Which one, is it 7-6. I'm not sure I can help it because I''m bad at explaining the mechanics of this game. Try include Eta the 'Experiment & Proof' version because she has hidden technique which is 'Go Away...+' that will lowers DEF of single enemy and inflicts damage on that enemy. Another way is
1. Level up the blue element character
2.Level up their equipment rank
3.Use combo and skill when the enemy shield wear off [deffence break/down (red shield icon) on the enemy]
Suggestion:
Bring 1 tank - 2 attacker - 2 healer
The 1st wave/1 mob has boss stat level, 5 combo it when you able land deffence break/down (red shield icon) on the enemy.
The rest should be easier because they much more lower hp/squishy
