Total എനിക്ക് വന്ന amnt 175000 rs ആണ് total area 4870 sqft ആണ്( പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിങ് ഏരിയ ആണ് പറയുന്നത് വീടിന്റെ sqft അല്ല ) 45 രൂപയാണ് sqft ന് charge ചെയ്യുന്നത്. എനിക്ക് discount കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള amnt ആണ് ഇവിടെ ഇട്ടത്, അന്ന് work പൂർണമായിരുന്നില്ല amnt പറയാൻ.
