    젤라틴을 넣지 않고 옥수수전분을 이용해 말랑하고 달콤한 과일 젤리를 만들었어요~
    과일 100% 주스에 설탕과 전분만으로 만들어 과일 맛이 많이 나고 부드러운 식감이에요~ 말랑한 묵을 먹는 느낌이 나더라구요~
    젤라틴으로 만든 것 처럼 탱글하지는 않지만 젤라틴 없이 쉬운 재료로 만들 수 있답니다~
    걸쭉하게 끓이는 시간이 조금 걸려 번거롭지만 자연적인 느낌의 젤리라 부담 없이 먹기 좋은 것 같아요~
    겉면에 설탕이 묻는 양에 따라 달기가 달라 질 수 있어요~
    여러가지 다양한 과일을 이용해 만들면 알록달록 예쁠 것 같아요~

    ▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 3cm
    ▶재료
    과일 주스 (과일 100%) 200g
    설탕 20g
    옥수수전분 6g
    ▶레시피
    1. 실리콘 반구 몰드에 식용유를 바른다.
    2. 냄비에 과일주스, 설탕, 옥수수전분을 넣고 섞은 뒤 약불에 올려 약 10분 정도 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓인다.
    3. 몰드에 채우고 냉장실에서 2시간 이상 굳힌다.

    200g Fruit juice (100% fruit)
    20g Sugar
    6g Corn starch

    Usually when recipes say "no gelatin", they actually just use agar-agar instead which really sucks cause it's basically just expensive vegan gelatin, so this is really nice!

      I don't think it you will screw up,we make this so many times using corn starch because we don't have access to geletin or agar agar powder

      I made the orange ones and served them on top of vanilla Ice cream and it looked just like a fried egg! and tasted like a creamsicle! I would reccommend it.

      @@iamindigobaby no chef knows all dishes. Maybe this dude doesn't sit in the pastry department. You can't expect a meat chef de partie to know what a patissier is supposed to know. My bf is also a chef, but specializes in vegetarian dishes. He knows how to bake a simple cake, but that's about it. He knows most of *why* ingredients are in dishes but he hasn't a clue on how to make a macaron for example. Doesn't diminish the fact that he is a chef

      @@ngocnamvi i did, they came out fine, but some of the jelly stuck to the detail bits of the gummy bear mold, so a more simple mold, like the ones cooking tree used, is a better choice than what i tried.

    This recipe is awesome. Usually homemade jellies are triple boiled citrus skin for me, which are great but so time consuming so I usually only do it for Christmas. Hate using gelatin so I will definitely try these.

    In Sicily they make something very similar, "gelo di mellone" with watermelon juice, chocolate chips and sugared starch and lemon.juice. Very delicious.

      옥수수 전분이 하얗고 입자가 고와서 부드럽고 가벼운 식감을 내주어서 베이킹에는 옥수수 전분을 사용하는 게 좋다고 하더라구요~^^

      There actually originally called turkish delights and I've had them before. They usually keep fresh for maybe a week or so

    This reminds of skittles, except giant and gummy version with tons of sugar.

      Actually, I think Skittles have more sugar than these do. 20 grams for each batch. Plus Skittles have various dyes in them to give them different colors. The color in these candies comes from the fruit juice itself.

    Is the fruit juice processed or should we use fresh fruit juice. If so can we use juice with bits

      I think fresh juice would be better since it won't contain any added sugar. Also strain the juice to avoid any bits as that will give a smooth texture to the jelly unless you'd prefer to have some bits or tiny pieces in yours.

      Nana Nana yes this recipe if you think about it is just thickening juice with cornstarch until it becomes a solid. U could probably even use water if u wanted to lol
