  • How to Make Adjustable Wire Bracelets - DIY Adjustable Bangle Bracelet Tutorial
    SUPPLY LIST ➤ jewelrytutorialhq.com/make-ad...
    In this video, I'll show how to make adjustable wire bracelets. As far as I'm concerned, this is the easiest and fastest way to make these adorable adjustable bangles!
    I recommend using memory wire, especially if you're a beginner, because it requires fewer tools and you don't have to worry about shaping the wire or doing any 'work hardening' to get the bracelets to keep their shape.

    Hi Jessica. Can 1 flush/ wire cutter be used for all sizes of memory wire/ copper wire/ artistic wire etc? Does this tutorial applies for expendable rings? What are the tools required?

    • @JewelryTutorialHQ
      @JewelryTutorialHQ  Před 7 lety

      Hi Juliana! One memory wire cutter should work for all sizes of memory wire but I would recommend using a different type of cutter for other types of jewelry wire, like copper and artistic wire, etc. See more info about those types of tools here: czcams.com/video/gvryTKVJCDw/video.html
      This tutorial will work for expandable memory wire rings too :)

  • @colettehorsburgh3815
    @colettehorsburgh3815 Před 8 lety +1

    Hello! I loved the idea of this and bought some bracelet size memory wire, but it's only 55mm wide - way too small to be a bracelet. Did I miss something?

    • @JewelryTutorialHQ
      @JewelryTutorialHQ  Před 8 lety

      Hi Colette! These bracelets are expandable so not only do they expand to go over your hand like a bangle, but they shrink back down so they will stay the right size on the wrist. The expansion allows them to be just the right size, even if your wrist is bigger than the original size! Memory wire does stretch out just a little bit over time but the cool thing is that it will cling to your wrist without being too tight. Make one and you'll see what I mean. Thanks so much for visiting - hope you have fun with these!

    Hello Jessica, would you mind sharing with me where you got these charms from? I have been doing my best to shop for charms online but I've never done it before. I don't have any type of craft store where I live and I'm not finding anything online that I like. I do love these!. I'll be signed up for your Wire Wrapping for Beginners Class by the time you read this. I'm looking forward to your classes. Thank you

    • @JewelryTutorialHQ
      @JewelryTutorialHQ  Před 8 lety +3

      Hi Janice! So happy to have you in class - I hope you love it!
      So I actually made both the silver charms I used here. The cross one was made using precious metal clay in silver from a mold of another charm I had in gold but wanted a silver version (the original one is just the cross, without the oval around it) and the other I made from melting down some fine silver scraps into a big ball, hammering it flat, and stamping it.
      Of course there are some great places to find charms online if you're not ready for all that :) You might try FireMountainGems: (bit.ly/29THuHg) or NinaDesigns (bit.ly/2abdoz4)

    The beads you add as to touch each of the ends of the loops or can I leave a space without beads between the loops? Thanks

    • @JewelryTutorialHQ

      Hi Carmen! Yes- you can leave a space there if you don't mind the beads sliding around. It's totally up to you! Thanks for stopping by :)

    So I registered for the free wire wrapping workshop and clicked the link to confirm my registration. The first email says after I do that, I'll receive my first lesson "right away". All I keep getting when I click on this confirmation link is the same: "Congrats! You're registered for my free Wire Wrapping Workshop. Check your inbox for an email with the details in a couple minutes. In the meantime, invite your friends to join us --The more the merrier!". Am I doing something wrong? I've checked my junk/spam folders, too! No first lesson.
