explain watch, do, teach !

This short part from my presentation at The Student Mental Wellness Conference focuses on the method of "Watch, Do, Teach". Our education system has focused on giving information that is regurgitated on a test or paper. Mental Wellness Skills and Emotional Intelligence skills require practice and then sharing the skill with others.
