I was in the ER a few days ago. I tried watching Max too but my service wasn't working :(
I noticed ice chips helped me calm down cause instead of focusing on where I was, I was too busy playing with the ice in the cup and trying to get it in my mouth without getting it everywhere. No drinks, just crushed ice. Maybe you could ask for some and try it? Super cold things also shock your body into worrying about the physical thing that's happening instead of the mental thing (cold>anxiety). Good luck! :3
