What real life tactic is that even? You won that mainly because you had heavy armor infantry, their infantry, arrows were light (only the first row of their arrows were heavy, the rest was light) and their army's commander wasn't probably most experienced. If you tried that against a heavy armor infantry and heavy armor crossbowmans you'd be obliterated the moment you gave order to retreat your troops as their backs would be exposed and their infantry had circle formation, so the moment your heavy infantry penetretated their first line, experienced commander would give order to break ranks and surround your troops.
Exactly, the moment I saw the first three minutes of the video, I can see that something isn't right.

He's literally standing 1 meter from the enemy infantry and they don't attack him. Looks like low difficulty or sth.
What real tactics, this was simply regardless of how you did it, ya troops were too high a tier for the opposition
uphill battle and archers cant shoot? great tactic!
A mix of Vlandian knights and cataphracts for cav is a really good combo

this isnt strategy you let your troops be encircled multiple times and your archers aren’t even in the fight
