I recently ordered a Luis from Amazon. When I opened the box, his head was off and completely broke. Both boxes he came in were perfectly fine and not damaged. For the amount of money I paid for him, I was really disappointed.

Aww they are so cute! Yes I saw julie’s video too and I’ve had some damaged dolls from AD recently. It’s been hit and miss more not but I’ve definitely had a couple of problems. I’m glad yours are perfect! Love their names too!

Mr Clean Magic eraser should work on the marks. I returned my last Ashton drake because he had defects! I loss my duty, and shipping x2. It was a waste!

I have a Luis doll. I've had him for over 2 years. His lashes are coming loose and he has some scratches on his joints from being changed and posed. Is there a way I can fix the lashes and scratches?
