When you ask questions you become a critical thinking person. Keep up with that habit whenever you are presented with information that you suspect. Especially information from government and industry. Although I am pretty healthy for a senior I haven't been carnivore long enough to crow about any great changes. I have noticed much more muscle definition and a shrinking of the ab area. It is now obvious that many of us are lacking patience in the speed of our progress.
I've tried to get my parents to throw out, the seed oil, but they don't. I'll keep working on them. Great job!👍🏽

BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT OF 2022 my health is 2 to 3 times better than 2021. 2023 mostly Christian goals and growth.
