- Hello Everyone!
I made this crosscut jig to get the most out of my circular saw. This is a great jig for cutting wood and aluminum at various angles. If you are interested in building your own, you will find the complete plan below.

So far the best circular saw jig howto I came accross. Very impressive.
Thank you for your comment Johnnie!
Best circular saw 👍
Thank you DongLiang Lin!
Very impressive design. Certainly one of the best I've seen...and I've seen a lot. I tried to make a similar jig (although not nearly as sophisticated as yours) , just as long and mine also flexed under the weight of the saw, so was especially interested in how you solved the problem with such an elegant method. Thank you for this
Thank you for watching, I'm glad the video was helpful.

That adjustable fence is genius. This is a really nice build. How do you like that veneer now? Is it that helpful?
Hola.. que adhesivo ocupa para unir el perfil L y el perfil tubular?
Muy buen trabajo felicidades
very good 👌
Thank you!
Gracias, genial proyecto. Muy profesional, por la precisión que se aprecia. El costo de los materiales en usd, para referencia.
Gracias por tu comentario!
Interesting build and will use this design in the future. One word of caution I would suggest in your build. When I see you use a torpedo to obtain the plexiglass height on the rear fence make sure your table saw is perfectly level or the height may be different from the front to rear fences. This is not critical and may be moot but just a heads up.
Thank you David for your comment and suggestion, I really appreciate it.
👋👋👋
Very cool build! Noob question- does this setup eliminate the need for a basic miter saw? Could it be used for a rip cut, and replace a table saw to a certain extend? Also, any issue with screwing the fence directly to the base? Thanks!
You're welcome! Great questions. This setup doesn't eliminate the need for a miter saw or a table saw, but it can be use as an alternative. There is no issue with screwing the fence directly to the base.
Thanks!

Look at my Parallel Guided Power Saw.
Hello, good morning, can you give me the measurements of the wood and the metal.
Thank you so much
You can find the build plan in the description or vulecodiy.com/build-plans/
You solved my 3 of my 4 issues: money (this system is not expensive), clamping and deflection. Are you happy with the pleglued wood veneer? Does it last long enough? I was considering using adhesive velcro strips.
I'm pleased the video was helpful! Preglued wood veneer is durable and budget-friendly, but its longevity depends on usage and maintenance. Mine have lasted nearly three years, but some areas needed regluing due to adhesive failure. So I could either replace it or glue it back with "all-purpose cement." On the other hand, I have not used adhesive Velcro strips for this purpose. But it could be another viable solution, providing flexibility and ease of installation. But remember that it might not offer the same structural integrity as a permanently glued veneer.

Your welcome! Thank you too.@@unsertrefflicher4678
Hi, what kind of material have you pasted on the corners so that the saw glides smoothly without slowing down metal on metal?
I used Adhesive Edge Banding White Veneer
I only have a circular saw. is there any accurate way to make a jig with only a circular saw? Thanks.
yes there is! It requires an accurate digital protractor and lots of patience. I've got mine dialed in and cutting at 90.0 and 45.0

What guide is this used for on the router?" 1:49
I am using a circular saw straight edge guide

Thank you Aventuras do Bonde!
Usual demo where you start with a table and cross cut saw. Totally unrealistic scenario.
