Amtrak Heritage Units in Tacoma! - P42's 130 & 184 (April 1-4, 2020)

Here are some shots of Amtrak P42 heritage units #130 (phase II) and #184 (phase IV) that I managed to get over the past few days. Both locomotives are currently working the Coast Starlight route for an unknown amount of time. Although neither of the units were leading their respective trains, they were still a welcome sight.

You got the engine that was involved in that crash back in 2017 I believe. Thankfully that engine was still on the rails at the time.

Yeah, you're right. The 181 was on the rear of Cascades train 501 that day.

Heritage Unit 184 is currently on the East Coast hanging around my area as a Washington DC based unit at the moment
