I am a backdoor appointees appointed four years back against the vacancy resulted due to retirement of one of the teachers. I have my B. Ed and NTET certificate which qualifies me to become a teacher as I have been pursuing for my profession. After my B. Ed and acquiring my NTET certificate first batch 2013 I was waiting for the govt to notify for recruitment of teachers but instead the govt continues to appoint untrained candidate without going for recruitment and i was about to turn overage waiting for recruitment adverstisement,so i have to get appointed through backdoor.
Now my question is, had there an open recruitment I would have served or someone qualified candidate would be serving the school, but why the govt has not notify the vacancies for recruitment for a decade since 2013 SSA recruitment.
For the record nagaland is standing tall in field of education because of the 5000 backdoor appointees till now and backdoor appointees are all trained teachers.
If they can remove backdoor appointees, remove but they will still have questions against the govt the main perpetrator.... Of all this issues.
In service N-TET qualified teachers with professional certificate should also get regularise as per the MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT of N-TET
Remove all backdoor appointed teachers... Conduct open merit based teacher appointment.. That will set the foundation of a good school
It's not about back or front sir it's all about proxy will educated but appointing 8 fail to teach a class isn't it's cursed

You know why there was a backdoor appointment because at that time there was no vacancy open for competition, miraculously there was one open exam for the teacher but the result came out after more then 10 years that also after hiring lawyers. That's the story

Why only Teachers? It will be good 'if the same yardstick is followed for all the government employees in attendance monitoring systems.
It is shocked to learn that edu dept. doesn't know the exact no. of teachers. WHY??
Because most of the previous department heads in almost all departments of Nagaland were busy making money and the current situation in our state is the result of the seeds they have sown.
In order to function biomatric attendance government should provide regular electricity without a battery backup machine that won't run as I experience in our office.There is no regular electricity in rural areas.
Especially for math teacher's...they don't need to undergo intensive B.ed. education since the formulas remains same...it's wastage of time...
So straight forward to clarify the School Education Department and it's teachers issue , Nagaland Govt. at present badly need such a matured person like Sir. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome in many Departments for a real "Change is coming" for our state 👍🙏

Why not the department aithorize the public to report to the department about the proxy teacher. I also know few teacher who don't go to the place of posting.

Leaving aside other subjects Hindi teacher many of them are good but some are not as expected coz d can't even give the right Questions n answers ... which even "we,who took only upto class 8" can even make out.. 🤔😔 (hope it won't hurt anyone's sentiments)
Biometric attendance system should be implemented in all the government departments without prioritising only a particular department. Mere example , it is not fair when a Doctor is absent at the time the patients needed the most and he or she dies or gets serious however govt doesn't care about it. Please treat all the govt employees equally because every department is as important as education department. ✌️

Nagaland education department what's wrong with the statement. Every year the functional schools are sending all teachers bio- data through portal plus soft and hard copies to the Directorate but saying that they don't know the actual number of teachers. 😮
Maybe just a formality sake.. but now with a more sincere Advisor of school education,I m optimistic of a real progress ,not just in paper.
Change is coming. I am happy to see that previously transferred teachers are being reverted back and hoping to see the remaining being reverted. Those who don't want to teach can take VRS and let the interested unemployed youth be recruited

Remove all oversmart backdoor teachers .. In many high school especially in village area maximum are from backdoor. That is the reason many students fail in matriculation... I always wish educated ones teach our kids

The main question is how can a backdoor appointed teacher can bring up good qualified student?? How can he reached other to worked hard when he himself hasn't worked hard to become teacher?? How can he teached student not to steal something which was not yours when he himself is a theif?? All those backdoor appointed teacher should be kicked out and new teacher should be appointed..and I hope each and every society should reached out in helping this...

In my village proxy teachers are more better ... they're more regular and have more concerned for the village kids ...and also as they work out of poverty and helplessness,the kids ,proxy teachers and govt employees all are benefited...

As for the next initiative, i request our honourable Advisor to properly rationalize the distribution of teachers . In some school there are excess of teachers whereas many are in shortage. Previous years rationalization was a mere favouritism exercise.. cos it was not rational to remove teachers from already shortage schools . 😊

I think it dosen't take even a week to trace out the proxy teacher and take the attendance.
Bio metric attendance is enough to keep the teachers present at posting... No need to go for facial recognition or other related software just to waste our state Exchequer... Bio metric machine doesn't require regular network facility in a sense that attendance recorded for the months can be sent by a one time network (when available).... In short , it can be used even when therr is no network also but ensure , network atleast get once in a month for its procesesing and sending to directorate.....
