Warframe:

Nah I wouldn't say it's a power creep, every frame does something unique you can't say she is just better than most of the roster because of having two very good utilities, there's others who armor strip better than her and those who spread viral better than her but having it in a package like hers who buffs damage is why she is who she is, it's a mix of a weaker version of those ig

Seems very good for solo play. I would imagine it's a bit harder to hit enemies with citrine's 1 with a full squad.
you can! but yeah, citrini plus honse is the way to go!
I mean as I citrine main I usually hit a lots of enemies even with a Sayrn casting speed and range works wonders on for both frames
