Govt must sell shares to general public & one small block of 5% to management company. Atal govt did better in selling of PSUs thn Modi. Coming to BMTC, it is best in India. Delhi had pvt buses till CWG games. They were known as killer blue buses. Pvt buses will not work in urban limits. Similarly pvt pvt train to airport in Delhi by reliance failed & now delhi metro has taken over...This is known fact, better get some knowledge of urban. Look at Bihar, UP, punjab, etc of north, pvt buses failure.

My father was working in ITI industries then this notice was announced ITI being converted into ITI Ltd later became Private, my father was one among those thousands who took VRS n quit job. Other manufacturing psu companies privatisation understandable because it needs innovation and good management to focus on but in service sector like banks and insurance we need psu presence and tight regulations or else cheaters run away with public money.
1.Do u know private banks and NBFCs how they charge rate of interest ,processing fees, loan preclosure fees, emi charges? U don't know because only common people like auto riksha, cab drivers, personal loan taker know it.
2. Do u know that how private insurance companies mis selling policies to people?
Do u know claim ratios of private insurance companies .it's below 60% .
Do u know how private insurance companies crossing IRDAI regulations by paying extra commissions to auto show room owners and this will be burden put on common people.
