AI generated source code for Arduino projects? This is my first test with code generated by Bing's AI chat, which is similar to OpenGPT.
Instead of polished video only showing the success, I wanted to make this video represent my first impressions of using Bing's AI for code generation. That includes partial success, some problems as well as some conclusions of the whole process.
AI tools are getting better and better and there are new tools published every day. In my opinion best way to learn what they are capable of is to actually using them.

Many of the things shown in this channel are things I'm just learning or testing for the first time. That includes testing what works and what doesn't work. I want to show these problematic parts to you as well, to make my story of first interactions with AI as genuine as possible.

I have used chatgpt for generating a couple of scripts and simple programs for production use. They seem to be pretty decent for getting quick&dirty results for random stuff. What would be really great is if they could produce results that are consistent. Formatting programs in the same language in a consistent way etc. so that everything would not be a unique mess every time.

Yeah, consistency is important. Knowing what to expect makes using any tool more comfortable.
